一. 定義:

在鋰離子電(dian)池設計過(guo)程(cheng)中,壓實密度(du)=面密度(du)/(極(ji)片(pian)碾壓后(hou)的厚度(du)—集流體(ti)厚度(du)) ,單位:g/cm3
壓實(shi)密(mi)(mi)度(du)分為:負極(ji)壓實(shi)密(mi)(mi)度(du)Anode density(或稱(cheng)為陽極(ji)壓實(shi)密(mi)(mi)度(du))和(he)正極(ji)壓實(shi)密(mi)(mi)度(du)Cathode density(或稱(cheng)為陰(yin)極(ji)壓實(shi)密(mi)(mi)度(du))。
二. 原理:

現在(zai)常用的正極(ji)材(cai)(cai)料(鈷酸(suan)鋰、錳酸(suan)鋰、磷酸(suan)鐵鋰、三元材(cai)(cai)料等(deng))和負(fu)極(ji)材(cai)(cai)料(人造(zao)石墨(mo)、天然石墨(mo)、復合石墨(mo)等(deng)),由于材(cai)(cai)質不同,壓實密度也有較(jiao)大的差別。
三.適用范圍:主要用于粉(fen)(fen)末和(he)(he)(he)顆粒(li)(li)壓(ya)實(shi)密度(du)測(ce)試,在外力的(de)壓(ya)縮過程中,隨著(zhu)粉(fen)(fen)末的(de)移動(dong)和(he)(he)(he)變形(xing)(xing),較大(da)的(de)空隙被填充,顆粒(li)(li)間接觸面積增大(da),使原子間產生(sheng)吸引力且顆粒(li)(li)間的(de)機械楔合作用增強(qiang),從而形(xing)(xing)成具(ju)有一定密度(du)和(he)(he)(he)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)壓(ya)坯. 滿足標準:GBT 24533-2009 鋰離子電池石墨類負極(ji)材(cai)料,附(fu)錄L:粉(fen)(fen)末壓(ya)實(shi)密度(du)的(de)測(ce)試方(fang)法(fa),也可以用于具(ju)有類似特性之粉(fen)(fen)末和(he)(he)(he)顆粒(li)(li)壓(ya)實(shi)密度(du)之測(ce)定;上粉(fen)(fen)末和(he)(he)(he)顆粒(li)(li)測(ce)試方(fang)法(fa)相通(tong)。
電池材料粉末壓實密度測量
本儀器采用(yong)人工手動加(jia)壓方式,配置(zhi)帶排(pai)氣孔位之模具,采用(yong)壓力(li)表控制壓力(li)方式,可以依據不(bu)同測(ce)試(shi)粉末(mo)特性配置(zhi)不(bu)同測(ce)試(shi)壓力(li)范(fan)圍,本機(ji)結構(gou)設(she)計(ji)合理,使(shi)用(yong)操作方便。
